Cancellation Policy

We at Aislings understand that everyone occasionally has an emergency or something urgent prevents them from coming to their scheduled appointment. Outside of these rare occasions, the following cancellation policy applies.

Reminder Text
A reminder text is received by all clients 48 hrs prior to their appointment. This reminder provides you with the opportunity to confirm your appointment by pressing the link provided or if you wish to reschedule your appointment or cancel your appointment by calling the clinic on 0504 21066.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
Your treatment is reserved specially for your, therefore we ask that you notify us at least 48 hrs in advance if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Non Confirmation of Appointment
If you have not confirmed 24 hrs before your appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment as the time reserved for you will be allocated to a client on our waiting list.
No Show Appointments
A no show is extremely disruptive to our staff and business. A client who does not contact us to cancel their appointment will be asked to pay in advance for their next treatment. Treatments that are part of a package i.e. Laser will result in their treatment being deducted from their course.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time or your appointment being rescheduled, subject to the length of treatment you have booked. This is to ensure that adequate time is available to provide you with a proper service and that the next client appointment is not delayed.
